Arthur Boutemy began his career in 2012. Arthur joined ADVANT Altana’s corporate team in 2019. He started his career at Fidal in the M&A and financial services teams. During this time, he developed a particular expertise in alternative financing. He was also seconded for several months to a real estate management company. As a member of ADVANT Altana’s Corporate M&A team, Arthur works on acquisitions and disposals of companies and groups, with a particular focus on the software, hotel, food and health sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (DJCE) from the University of Nancy and was also a lecturer in corporate law at the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
