    Associate in Restructuring, distressed M&A, M&A and financing (2 to 5 years' experience)

    YOUR TASK

    As a member of the firm's Restructuring, Distressed M&A, M&A and Financing team, you will be involved in high value-added cases and will be fully involved in the following in particular

    • Restructuring of companies, groups, investment funds and other regulated entities
    • Restructuring of underperforming businesses or LBOs
    • Debt restructuring, recapitalisation, refinancing, creation and enforcement of securities and guarantees
    • Prevention of difficulties (ad hoc mandates, mediation, CIRI)
    • Acquisition or sale of assets, shares and/or receivables
    • crisis litigation or pre-litigation
    • Assistance to investors, shareholders, creditors or counterparties facing insolvency or special situations
    • Safeguard or recovery plans
    • Amicable or judicial liquidation of companies. 

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Lawyer with 3-5 years' experience
    • Postgraduate degree in law (e.g. business law, banking and finance law and/or private law), ideally with dual training (LLM, business school, other equivalent training in accounting, management or finance).
    • Excellent level of English.
    • Dual experience in transactional and litigation matters appreciated.
    • Team spirit, rigour, organisational skills, autonomy, responsiveness.
