• immediate assistance in the case of physical or logistical damage to information systems or theft of prototypes, models, file plans or personal data as much as for criminal as for employment aspects of the law, depending on whether or not an employee or ex-employee was involved
• legal analyses and presentations of technical action taken in the event of offences committed (online identity theft and fraud, breach in confidentiality of electronic communications, unlawful acts relating to online gambling and betting, violations of data protection law)
• perfect command of criminal procedures and knowledge of specialised investigation services

• risk awareness and training in the implementation of possible protection measures and security policies

Our Cyber Strategy team has a wealth of strong technical knowledge and participates in the continuous training of criminal law magistrates in new technologies.
