Anaële holds a Master II degree in Labor Law Theory and Practice from the Institut d'Études du Travail de Lyon (IETL) and joined ADVANT Altana's Employment Law team in 2025.
Following numerous internships in law firms advising companies and in courts, Anaële has acquired solid experience in labor law.
Anaële works on all aspects of labor law, both in advisory and litigation matters, whether individual or collective relations, in various sectors of activity, in order to assist employers in managing their labor issues.
