Management and Dispute Resolution - Restructuring and Insolvency
Member of the Paris Bar, Antoine Texier advises on insolvency proceedings, both amicable (ad hoc mandate and conciliation) and judicial (safeguard, receivership and compulsory liquidation). He advises a wide range of clients (debtors, creditors, buyers, shareholders, etc.) in France and abroad. He also advises on disputes arising from insolvency proceedings.
Before joining ADVANT Altana, he worked as an associate in a leading French law firm.
Antoine holds a Master 2 in Administration and Liquidation of Companies in Difficulty (ALED) from the University of Lyon III. He is also a graduate of the Grande École programme at emlyon Business School and holds a Master 1 in Business Law from Paris V Descartes University.
At a previous firm, Antoine contributed to the writing of « Investing in Distressed Debt in Europe, 2nd Edition », published by The TMA Handbook for Practitioners.
Antoine co-authored the article « Eclairage : L’émergence d’un nouveau « créancier » non-affecté par la discipline collective ? » published in MAYDAY.
