Since 2016, Dany advises French companies and international groups on all aspects of Employment and Labor Law, providing legal, technical and strategic advice tailored to the needs of each client.
As a seasoned lawyer navigating complexity, he acquired a particular expertise in handling employment and labor issues arising in connection with M&A and Private Equity transactions, cross-border restructurings and insolvency proceedings.
His areas of focus include redundancies, transfer of business, setting up of works councils, implementation of group policies and personal data processing.
Dany is a lecturer at Paris Nord Sorbonne and Amiens universities. He is also a member of AvoSial, leading professional organization of employers’ counsels.
Prior to joining ADVANT Altana in September 2023, Dany was Senior Associate in the Employment & Benefits team of White & Case LLP.
