Emmanuelle is a graduate of the “Centre d’études et de recherche sur l’urbanisme, la construction et le logement (CERCOL), Real Estate law (Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas).
She also holds a postgraduate degree in Person and Law (University of Paris 1 Panthéon – Sorbonne). She intervenes as an advisor (negotiating and drafting commercial leases) and handles litigation, particularly in the retail sector (shopping centers, supermarkets, food shops).
Before joining ADVANT Altana in 2021, she worked for the following law firms IC Avocats and Blatter Seynaeve.
Emmanuel is a registered member of the l’Institut Français de l’Expertise immobilière (IFEI).
