    Expertise

    As a Graduate from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Lakshana joined ADVANT Altana's Employment Law team for her first collaboration. She was called to the Paris Bar in 2024.

    She has a solid experience in employment law through a number of internships with law firms and major companies in the aviation, beauty and luxury sectors.

    Lakshana advises on the full range of employment law issues, including individual and collective relations, across a variety of sectors and assists employers in meeting their employment challenges.
