As a Graduate from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and currently training at the Ecole de Formation du Barreau (EFB), Lakshana joined ADVANT Altana's Employment law team as a legal advisor.
She has a solid experience in employment law through a number of internships with law firms and major companies in the aviation, beauty and luxury sectors.
Lakshana advises on the full range of employment law issues, including individual and collective relations, across a variety of sectors and assists employers in meeting their employment challenges.
