    Expertise

    Léo holds a Master’s degree in Labor Law (DPRT – Paris II-Panthéon Assas) and a Paris Bar License to practice (EFB).

    He advises his French and international clients on all aspects of labor law, both individual and collective, assists them in negotiations, and represents them in litigation before labor courts and social security authorities.
    He has specific expertise in restructuring operations (including the implemen-tation of PSE), company transfers or closures, social audits and collective negotiations.

    Léo is also a member of AvoSial, President and Founder of the Cercle Tosca, and is particularly involved in diversity issues (member of the Autre Cercle, the Cravate Solidaire, the Bus de la Solidarité and Article 1). He also assists start-ups incubated at Station F.

    Prior to joining ADVANT Altana in 2022, Léo worked for leading international and French firms.
