Commercial - Dispute Prevention and Resolution - Restructuring and Insolvency
Nicolas Giroud-Farcy works within the Restructuring and special situations / Litigation, dispute prevention and resolution departments at ADVANT Altana.
Before joining ADVANT Altana in 2025, he notably worked at the law firm BBLM and the bankruptcy receivers’ firm 2M&associés. He also gained experience at the Ministry of Economics, where he was involved in negotiations and arbitrations related to strategic national restructurings, working alongside the CCSF, DIRE, and CIRI.
Nicolas Giroud-Farcy holds a DJCE and a Master’s degree specialize in Insolvency proceedings, supplemented by a DESU in Mediation and negotiation in Business Law, awarded by the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Aix-en-Provence. He also holds the International Certificate in Corporate Finance, issued by HEC Paris.
