Véronique Boutel is a member of the Business Litigation department at ADVANT ALTANA.
She acts in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in matters relating to contractual disputes, breaches of established commercial relationships, directors’ and officers’ liability, shareholder disputes, post-acquisition litigation, and banking and financial litigation.
Before joining the firm in 2025, Véronique Boutel worked at several leading litigation law firms, as well as in the legal department of a publicly listed American company.
She holds a Master 2 DJCE degree and a Magistère in Business Law – DJCE from the University of Montpellier, as well as a specialization certificate in Corporate Law (FNDE).
