Chiraz est titulaire d’une licence fondamentale en droit privé et d’un Master I en droit privé (Université de Sfax, Tunisie, 2011) d’un Master II en droit privé général et européen (Université de Limoges, 2012), Doctorat en droit de l’arbitrage (Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, summa cum laude, 2017).
Avant de rejoindre ADVANT Altana, Chiraz a été chargée de travaux dirigés en Droit Civil, dans plusieurs Universités (Université Panthéon-Assas, Université Saint-Quentin en Yvelines, Université du Mans, Université d’Orléans).
Chiraz est membre de l’ICC Young Arbitrators forum (YAF), du LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) et de l’Association pour la Promotion de l’Arbitrage en Afrique (APAA).
