Cécile specializes in town planning law. She holds a professional master’s degree in Public Litigation Law (University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines).
She joined ADVANT Altana in 2011. She assists developers and hotel groups in the development of complex operations involving constraints resulting from urban planning, private law and real estate rules in the context of project development.
