The Intellectual Property, New Technologies, and Data Protection team at ADVANT Altana, which enjoys a strong reputation in these practice areas, is seeking an associate who must have approximately 2–3 years of experience.
The cases handled are diverse (intellectual property law in all its aspects, with a strong focus on litigation, IT and digital contracts, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI), and our clients span a wide range of industries (tech, entertainment, video games, real estate/construction, insurance, food, fashion, etc.). We are seeking an associate with a proven track record at a renowned, highly agile law firm, who has a strong appetite for innovation and for technical cases and sectors. You must have experience in litigation and in drafting and negotiating contracts. The team is deeply integrated into a multidisciplinary firm, which ensures a dynamic work environment and cross-functional, stimulating cases.
Since ADVANT Altana is part of an alliance with a German firm and an Italian firm (ADVANT Beiten and ADVANT Nctm), you will have the opportunity—if you wish and after some time with us—to take a secondment to one of the alliance’s offices (Munich, Frankfurt, Rome, Milan, etc.).

You hold a graduate degree in intellectual property and/or digital law or a related field
