• The candidate (law student, CRFPA candidate, or master’s student) must have an interest in and expertise in the fields of public business law — particularly public procurement and urban planning — as well as general administrative law.
• He or she must also demonstrate a good command of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal databases (Lexis360, Dalloz, etc.).
