Benjamin Dors will be attending the Berlin Dispute Resolution Days.
On October 1, 2026, he will participate in a panel discussion titled “Combating Superficial Awards and Judgments: Depth of Reasoning and the Right to Be Heard”. This panel discussion will bring together practitioners to debate the standards of reasoning applicable to arbitral awards and court judgments, as well as the right to be heard in dispute resolution proceedings.
