Caroline Duclercq participated in the in-depth training “Le cas pratique de l’AFA” held on 13 and 14 November 2017.
During this 2-day training a mock international arbitration relating to the implementation of an assets and liabilities guarantee agreement was staged to discover all the tools required for a successful arbitration.
The training was open to attorneys, experts, in-house counsel, management, professors, or any other profession: arbitrators, counsel or parties to an arbitration.
It was based on the interaction and participation in the conducting of an AFA procedure, mock exercises, drafting of documents, etc.
Program:
- from the arbitration clause to the seizure of the Arbitral Tribunal;
- from the minutes to the hearing;
- the hearing; and
- from the award to the enforcement.
