CONFERENCE: Influencer Marketing - What are the legal and contractual issues for influencers, advertisers and agencies?

The Influencers Act, recently amended by the so-called "DDADUE" law of 22 April 2024, establishes a legal framework for the activity of commercial influence, with the aim of protecting consumers against the abuse of influence, but also to provide a contractual framework for the relationships between influencers, advertisers and agencies.

Laura Morelli and Claire Borgel, from our IP/IT team, will explain the new obligations imposed by this law and identify the new issues, particularly contractual, that it raises for the various players in the sector.
