    Altana, member of the Mediation Commission of the Club des Juristes

     

    The Club des Juristes and the  CMAP (Center of Mediation and Arbitration of Paris) has announced the creation of the Mediation Commission, of which Guillaume Forbin, partner at Altana, is a member.

     

    This new commission aims to provide an overview of mediation for companies and identify the main players, but also to analyze why certain of them are reticent to use mediation and how ADR can be further developed. To meet this goal, the commission brings together in-house counsels, attorneys and mediators as well as a magistrate and a law professor.
