    The Creation of the International Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal

    Dr. Louis Thibierge, professor agrégé of law, was interviewed by Option Droit et Affaires on the creation of the international chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal. The article, entitled “The Creation of the International Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal Presents Human and Material Challenges”  appeared in the February 14, 2018 edition of the ODA newsletter.
