In one of the first cases of its kind, US Chapter 15 was used to recognize a French sale process in the cross-border acquisition of Viadeo, a French / US based social networking platform, by the Figaro Group.
Pierre-Gilles Wogue and Julien Balensi advised the Figaro Group in the Viadeo transaction.
