    Corporate strategy & Labor Law

The latest book by Mickaël d’Allende (Partner, Employment Law), “Corporate Strategy & Labor Law”, has just been published.

This book, which takes into account the “Labor” law of 8 August 2016 and demonstrates employment law’s importance as a strategic asset. The links between employment law and strategy are analyzed by transposing the dynamic of the latter’s deployment within companies onto three stages: strategic reflection, strategic action and strategic reaction. This paradigm shift, considering employment law as a core strategic discipline, offers businesses innovative new perspectives.
