Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022, Alexandre graduated from Paris Dauphine University- PSL (Master 221 “Corporate Taxation”) and from Aix-en-Provence Law School.
He advises French and international groups in their tax issues (corporate income tax, VAT, local taxes), both as advisor and litigator. He also assists companies and investment funds with their M&A and private equity transactions.
He is also experienced in dealing with tax issues relating to private individuals (transfer of business, tax residence, estate planning).
Before joining ADVANT Altana in 2024, Alexandre worked as an associate in a French law firm.
