Chloé Girard was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, when she joined ADVANT Altana's construction team after a first experience as an in-house lawyer in a construction company. She represents and advises a wide range of clients, from individual clients to major French and foreign construction companies, whether they are acting as main contractors or subcontractors, before all French courts and in arbitration proceedings.
She has also developed an expertise in mediation and complex dispute resolution procedures in the Middle East.
Finally, Chloé is in charge of teaching "International Construction Contracts" within the Master 2 in Urban Planning and Construction Law at the University of Poitiers.
