Eléonore Vucher-Bondet is a member of the Paris and New York bars and joined the Mergers & Acquisitions team of ADVANT Altana in 2020.
Eléonore Vucher-Bondet regularly advises French and international clients on their acquisitions and sales of companies and groups, particularly in information technology, luxury and healthcare sectors.
She also advises clients on strategic partnerships, joint-venture agreements and asset disposals, with a strong international dimension. She also advises on complex restructurings, private equity and corporate governance.
Eléonore Vucher-Bondet holds a Master 1 in French and Anglo-American Business Law (Université Paris Nanterre), a Master 2 in Business Law (Université Paris-Dauphine) and an LL.M. (UCLA School of Law). She became a member of the New York bar in 2016 and of the Paris bar in 2018.
