Elisabeth Mayer is a member of the Dispute Resolution team and assists industrial clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
Her expertise covers both complex and mass litigation (class action) in the field of health product liability, as well as regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical sector.
She also takes part in forward-looking discussions on changes to the French legislative system concerning issues of interest to the pharmaceutical sector.
Prior to joining ADVANT Altana, Elisabeth Mayer had a number of work experiences, notably within law firms and companies specializing in Life Sciences and medical liability.
Elisabeth holds a master’s degree in health and pharmaceutical law from Paris-Descartes University (Master 2 Droit des Industries de Produits de Santé), a master’s degree in insurance law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Master 2 Droit des Assurances) and a university degree in Personal Injury Compensation from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
