François Stoll est collaborateur au sein de l’équipe fusions-acquisitions d’ADVANT Altana. Il intervient principalement sur des opérations de fusions-acquisitions, de capital-investissement, ainsi que sur des questions de gouvernement d’entreprise.
François est diplômé du Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE de l’Université Paris Panthéon-Assas, du Master 2 – Droit Financier de l’Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne et du Master of Laws (LL.M.) de Cornell University. Il est admis au Barreau de Paris (2024).
Avant de rejoindre ADVANT Altana, François a eu plusieurs expériences professionnelles au sein de cabinets d’avocats de premier plan en fusions-acquisitions.
