Gildas is mainly involved in litigation in criminal labor law and criminal financial law cases. He assists French and foreign clients, mainly industrial companies, at all stages of the proceedings and in the context of their crisis management and communication. He also has specific expertise in environmental criminal law and in criminal issues related to human rights for companies. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Gildas is a graduate of the ESSEC Grande Ecole program and holds a master’s degree in criminal financial law (University of Cergy-Pontoise). After a first collaboration with Gide, he joined ADVANT Altana in 2013 and was appointed Counsel in January 2021.
