Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023, Jim Le Ponsavady is a lawyer specialized in business litigation. He assists and represents French and international clients in litigation and pre-litigation proceedings before commercial, civil, and criminal courts.
He also assists and advises clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings (negotiation, conciliation, and mediation).
Jim holds a degree from the Grande École Program at EM Lyon Business School and a Master 2 in Advanced Business Law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3.
Before joining ADVANT Altana in 2026, Jim worked for over three years as an associate at the law firm Ngo Jung & Partners and trained in the Business Litigation, Business Criminal Law, and Arbitration department at the law firm August Debouzy.
