Paul Boutron is a partner in the Litigation Department at ADVANT Altana. He advises French and international clients on complex business litigation matters.
He primarily handles shareholder disputes and post-acquisition litigation, representing industrial groups, investment funds, shareholders, and executives facing significant financial and reputational risks. His practice covers all types of corporate finance litigation, as well as issues of corporate governance and executive liability, including in the context of insolvency proceedings.
His support extends to all stages of the dispute: prevention, negotiation, evidentiary and protective measures, litigation on the merits or in summary proceedings, expert opinions, and enforcement proceedings.
With extensive experience in cross-border cases and sensitive situations, he favors a strategic and pragmatic approach, attentive to his clients’ operational and reputational stakes.
