Commercial - Dispute Prevention and Resolution - Restructuring and Insolvency
Julien Balensi assists clients in commercial and financial pre-litigation and litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, and represents company executives in the context of legal proceedings involving their civil liability. He also has extensive experience assisting clients in matters relating to the prevention and management of corporate distress: crisis management, restructuring and insolvency procedures.
One of the founding partners of ADVANT Altana since 2009, he holds a master’s in applied mathematics and Social Sciences (Paris University IX Dauphine), a Master of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Business Law (Paris University II – Panthéon Assas) and a Master’s in Business Law (Paris University I – Panthéon-Sorbonne).
Mr. Balensi has been featured in rankings published by Legal 500, Best Lawyers, Décideurs, Option Droit & Affaires and was a recipient of the Gold Trophy (Commercial Litigation) by the “Trophées du Droit” 2015.
