    Comment encourager les salariés à se faire vacciner tout en respectant le secret médical et la vie privée ?

    Le retour sur site des salariés avec la fin du télétravail à 100% depuis le 9 juin et l’ouverture de la vaccination contre la Covid-19 à toutes les personnes de plus de 18 ans depuis le 31 mai dernier pourrait conduire les employeurs à s’interroger sur la possibilité d’exiger de leurs salariés qu’ils se fassent vacciner et qu’ils apportent une preuve de cette vaccination.
