    Data : The CNIL wants to go further and tougher

    « Data », is the Club des Juristes "Word of the Week" in La Semaine Juridique.

     

    Philippe Goossens, Partner of Altana et Expert of the Club des juristes explains the opinion rendered in December by the CNIL (the French Data Protection Authority) on the draft legislation relating to personal data protection :
