ADVANT Altana advised Cegid on the sale of the Assurex software business to KAPIA-RGI

ADVANT Altana advised Cegid, a European leader in cloud management solutions for Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, Retail and Entrepreneurship professionals, on the sale of the business assets of its Assurex software to KAPIA-RGI, an Italian software publisher specializing in the insurance sector.

This transaction is part of Cegid's strategy to refocus on its core business, while enabling the Assurex solution to join a specialized player with the expertise and resources required to accelerate its growth in the personal insurance market.

Assurex is a solution specializing in the management of personal insurance benefits, covering in particular the management of individual and group annuities, personal protection claims, contract settlement, as well as lump sum benefits and daily allowance management. The solution is recognized by a number of leading players in the French insurance sector.
