    Expertise

    Arthur Boutemy began his career in 2012. Arthur joined ADVANT Altana’s corporate team in 2019. He started his career at Fidal in the M&A and financial services teams. During this time, he developed a particular expertise in financial services especially in alternative finance (e.g., ICOs and crowdfunding) and AIFM regulation. He was also seconded for several months to a leading french real estate management company where he was involved in corporate law, reorganization and AIFM regulations matters.

    With Jean-Nicolas Soret, Arthur co-leads the working group on "Corporate governance and the external growth of mid-sized companies" of the French Institute of Board Directors (IFA).

    As a member of ADVANT Altana’s Corporate M&A team, Arthur works on acquisitions and disposals of companies and groups. He is involved in and supervises all stages of these operations with a particular focus on the software, hotel, food and health sectors. 

    Arthur holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (DJCE) from the University of Nancy and was also a lecturer in corporate law at the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
