ADVANT Altana, advisor to Cegid on the acquisition of Exalog, a payment and cash management software provider

14Advant Altana has advised Cegid, the European leader in cloud management solutions for financial professionals, on its acquisition of Exalog. Exalog, with 90 employees, provides SaaS cash management software solutions.

The acquisition will enable Cegid to strengthen its cash management offering by providing a complete software suite for finance departments ranging from SMEs to large corporates.

Advant Altana advised Cegid on the corporate M&A aspects of this acquisition with a team led by Bruno Nogueiro (partner), Arthur Boutemy (counsel) and Olivier Carmès (associate).

Advant Altana also advised Cegid on the legal audit with a multidisciplinary team comprising Mickael d'Allende (partner), Dany Luu (associate) in employment law, Jean-Guy de Ruffray (partner), Clémence Aladjidi (associate) in IP/IT, Marie Hindré (partner), Delphine Laget (associate) in contracts/distribution and finally Philippe de Saint Bauzel (partner) and Marie Darcq (associate) in tax law.
