ADVANT Altana Advises Albioma on the Acquisition of the GRESS 2 & 3 Wind Farm Project in Martinique

[Paris, 12 May 2026] – ADVANT Altana once again advised Albioma, a renewable energy producer, in connection with the acquisition of the GRESS 2 & 3 wind farm project located in Martinique. This transaction marks a further strategic milestone for the Albioma group, strengthening its presence in the French overseas territories and accelerating the development of renewable energy in Martinique.

Albioma is an energy producer committed to the energy transition through biomass, photovoltaic solar power and geothermal energy. The GRESS 2 & 3 project comprises a six-turbine wind farm spread across two sites.
