Dariya holds a Master’s Degree in Construction and Urban Planning Law from Université Paris-Saclay and the Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat (École de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d’appel de Paris – EFB).
She joined ADVANT Altana in 2025, advising alongside Amélie Pinçon and Pierre-Marie Ouchet on real estate financing and transactions, as well as asset management and construction matters.
During her training, she gained extensive experience in the real estate sector, working in a real estate investment company, the legal departments of major corporate groups, and the real estate department of French and international law firms. Prior to joining ADVANT Altana, she practiced in a French business law firm, handling both real estate transactions and asset management.
