ADVANT Altana Advises Bastide Group in the Sale of EXPERF to Sapio Group

[Paris, 4 June 2026] - ADVANT Altana advised Bastide Group, a leading European provider of home healthcare services, on the sale of New Medical Concept, the holding company of the EXPERF Group, to Sapio Group.

Part of Bastide Group since 2017, EXPERF Group is a French specialist in home infusion and home nutrition services.

Bastide Group is one of Europe’s leading home healthcare providers. Operating in eight countries, Bastide is committed to a continuous quality-driven approach and provides medical devices and related services tailored to patients’ needs across key healthcare segments, including home care, diabetes management, nutrition, infusion therapy, respiratory care, ostomy care, and urology.

Sapio Group, an Italian multinational company active in the healthcare and industrial gases sectors and owned by the Dossi and Colombo families together with Air Products and Chemicals, is pursuing its European growth strategy in the healthcare sector through this acquisition.
