    Expertise

    Mickaël advises, assists and defends his clients in all aspects of Labor law (collective labor relations, restructuring, working time, employee savings schemes). 

    He is particularly renowned for his expertise in complementary social protection and URSSAF litigation. 

    Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005, Mickaël joined ADVANT Altana upon its creation in 2009. He has been a partner at ADVANT Altana since 2014. He is a lecturer at Paris II, Montpellier I and Nancy universities. He is the author of numerous books and over a hundred articles. 

    He is a member of the scientific committee of the "Planète Social" think tank, as well as a member of the "Lefevre Dalloz" Lawyers' strategy committee.

    • Doctorate in Law from the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas).
    • Specialization certifications in Labor Law, Social Security Law and Social Protection Law.
