Newsletter Employment law - February 2024

Since 1 March, all companies with at least 50 employees are required to calculate and publish their gender equality index. In our "Une" section, we take a look at the rules and sanctions applicable to this obligation, which is not new but recurs every year.

In the "Practitioner's Corner" section, we take a look at the rules relating to the monitoring of working time, following one of the decisions handed down on 7 February this year by the Social Division of the Cour de Cassation (French Supreme Court). In this issue, you will also find the latest news on legislation, regulations and case law in the field of employment.
