ADVANT Altana advises Ekinops on acquisition of '5View' business from Infovista

ADVANT Altana has advised Ekinops, a major player in open network connectivity solutions worldwide, on the acquisition of the '5View' business from Infovista, a publisher of infrastructure management software for mobile and fixed networks.

5View is a packaged software solution for the analytical monitoring of application performance over networks. The acquisition will enable Ekinops to expand its software offering to telecom operators and enterprises.

ADVANT Altana advised Ekinops on this transaction with a team comprising Laura Morelli and Camille Raclet on IP and contracts aspects, Bruno Nogueiro and Géraldine Malfait on corporate/M&A and Mickael d'Allende and Dany Luu on employment aspects.

Allen & Overy advised Infovista with an M&A team consisting of Marc Castagnède, Jules Lecoeur and Antoine Messent.
