Olivier Carmès joined ADVANT Altana in 2019 and he focuses his activities on Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate law a particular focus on the information technology (software), insurance, pharmaceutical and retail sectors.
He notably advises his clients in acquisitions and sales of companies and groups strategic partnerships, joint venture agreements and asset disposals, complex group restructurings and corporate governance all with a strong international dimension.
