ALTANA advises the digital agency CHEEK on its sale to the MAZARINE GROUP

Founded in 2012 by Valéry Manin, Cheek has developed a B-to-B service for premium fashion and jewellery brands that want to develop their online sales to accelerate their business growth. Among its customers are the Rouje, Mauboussin, Gas Bijoux and Schott brands.

The agreement concerns the sale of all the activities of the Cheek Digital Agency to become Mazarine Cheek. Valéry Manin is now Associate Director of Mazarine Cheek.  The 20 Agency experts who joined the nearly 400 employees of the Mazarine Group, bring their know-how in the development of specific e-commerce platforms, deployment of custom CRM solutions, integration of social shopping and optimization of SEA and "social ads" campaigns.

Through this operation, Altana once again demonstrates its expertise in the new technologies sector.
