Marie Hindré is a competition law partner. Her practice covers mainly merger control, antitrust litigation and compliance, and State aids. Marie has an extensive expertise in various sectors, such as energy, IT/digital, agro-food and construction/engineering, in which she advises and assists French and international companies, in all their French and European competition law related concerns for more than 20 years. She also has an established expertise in unfair competition related litigation and distribution arrangements.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2000, Marie joined ADVANT Altana as a partner in 2016.
Before joining ADVANT Altana, Marie had practiced at reputed lawfirms in Paris, such as Rambaud Martel, and then created and lead as a partner the 8-person competition law practice at DLA Piper for almost 10 years.
