    A new whistle blower system allows individuals to report anti-competitive practices

    Marie Hindré, Partner in Economic and Competition Law and Marianne Franjou, Partner in Employment Law, comment on the new tool introduced by the European Commission that allows individuals to more easily alert the Commission of instances of secret agreements or other violations of competition rules, all while guaranteeing their anonymity.
