Paris, 12 February 2026 - ADVANT Altana advised Euralis, a leading agricultural cooperative with €1.6 billion in revenue, on the sale of its wholesale distribution business of catering and cold cuts products held by its subsidiary Stalaven to Pomona.
Stalaven, which employs 1,000 people and generates over €180 million in revenue, has been supporting independent and local food retailers since 1945. The group operates three production sites and offers well-known brands such as Teyssier and Perpezac-le-Noir for cured meats, Stalaven for independent food retailers, and Qualité Traiteur for large retailers.
The 219 employees of Stalaven specialized distribution business join Pomona, which also takes over the management of the logistics sites in Thiais and Les Essarts-en-Bocage. Stalaven’s industrial activities are not included in the transaction perimeter.
The divested business will be integrated into Saveurs d’Antoine, a division of the Pomona group specializing in distribution to cold cuts operators and caterers, and will strengthen its position in this market, with combined revenues of nearly €350 million.
The transaction was authorized by the French Competition Authority on 15 December 2025.
