    Le programme de clémence : un outil au succès relatif qu’il faut pérenniser

    La procédure de clémence est un outil de lutte contre les pratiques anticoncurrentielles à la disposition de l’Autorité de la concurrence (ADLC).

    Elle permet aux entreprises d’avoir accès à un traitement favorable (immunité totale ou partielle de l’amende encourue), si elles dénoncent leur appartenance passée ou actuelle à une entente. Retour sur ce système avec Marie Hindré, associée en droit de la concurrence.
