ADVANT Altana advises Onet in the acquisition of ISS' activities in France

ADVANT Altana has advised Onet, an international group specializing in engineering and services, on the acquisition of the cleaning, logistics and facility management activities in France of the Danish group ISS.

This operation will enable Onet to strengthen its position as leader in the French cleaning market, assert its development in the logistics sector and establish its presence in new markets thanks to the commercial and operational complementarity of the two groups. Onet now has 80,000 employees (+14,000) and sales of 2.3 billion euros (+384 million euros).

ADVANT Altana advised Onet on this transaction with a team comprising Gilles Gaillard and Géraldine Malfait on the corporate M&A aspects, Marie Hindré and Delphine Laget on the competition aspects, Pierre Lubet and Dany Luu on the employment aspects and Philippe de Saint Bauzel and Marie Darcq on the tax aspects.
