ADVANT Altana has advised LUISINA, a group specialised in professional kitchen and bathroom equipment, on its merger with the German group SCHÜTTE, specialised in professional taps and sanitaryware.
The aim of the transaction is to create a European player with commercial and industrial synergies that will strengthen the competitive position of the new entity while offering a broader and more diversified range of products.
ADVANT Altana advised the sellers, the Jeuland family who founded LUISINA, on this transaction with a team comprising Gilles Gaillard, Alexandra Ferrier and Agnès Millet on the corporate M&A aspects, Philippe de Saint Bauzel and Marie Darcq on the tax aspects, Pierre Lubet on the employment aspects, Marie Hindré on the competition aspects and Jean-Guy de Ruffray and Claire Borgel on the IP/IT aspects.
